Most notable are the solar canopy structures that will be built to offset the electricity consumption of the dealership, create additional charging stations, and provide employees and customers shade.

The improvements will also add more positions available for their innovative RV Technician Apprenticeship Program, training the next generation of RV service professionals and creating more jobs in the city of Rancho Cordova.

Improvements have already begun with the addition of two vehicle lifts, installing two roof safety harness systems for RV roof repairs, and replacing and adding new fencing. Plans also include grading and paving the gravel storage lot to create a dedicated service lot and expand its inventory capacity. The dealership remains open during construction.

“I started Folsom Lake RV 35 years ago, as a RV repair service,” said Charles Langdon, President and Co-Owner of Folsom Lake RV. “Our success has been due to our commitment to our customers and their RVs, especially after they purchase their RVs. We are continually striving to create a better RV experience for our customers. This substantial investment in the dealership is the natural next step in our commitment to our loyal customers and future RVers.”

Folsom Lake RV is a local, independent, family owned and operated full-service RV dealership celebrating its 35th anniversary. It specializes in Top 10 Towable RV brands such as Keystone Montana and Cougar, vintage-inspired teardrop trailers LG Max and Mini Max, and Genesis Supreme toy haulers.
